Version 2026-10
HRPM is a human resources and payroll management platform provided by MICS ("we", "us", "the platform") to registered firms ("you", "your firm") in India. By registering a firm or using HRPM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy notice.
HRPM helps your firm manage employee records, attendance, leave, approvals and related HR work. We may add, change or retire features from time to time; features marked as still being built are not offered to your firm until released.
The person who registers a firm is its owner (Firm Admin) and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity under that firm's account, including employees it grants access to. You must be authorised to act for the firm you register.
Access beyond any free plan needs an active paid subscription. Fees follow the plan you choose — a recurring amount each billing cycle, or a one-time amount for the plan's full duration — based on your active employee count and the plan's pricing, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before it ends.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, chosen for your firm's country; HRPM does not receive or store your card, bank or other payment login details. If payment is not received by the due date, your firm gets a short grace period, after which the account turns read-only (your data is kept, not deleted) until payment is made.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, including for a partially used billing cycle. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time; your firm keeps access until the end of the period already paid for and is not charged again after that.
Use HRPM only for lawful HR and payroll management of your own firm's employees, enter accurate data, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or another firm's data. As the data fiduciary for your employees' personal data, your firm is responsible for having a lawful basis to process it through HRPM.
HRPM's software, design and branding belong to MICS. Your firm keeps ownership of the data you enter (employee records, attendance, documents and similar) — we process it on your behalf to provide the service and do not claim ownership of it.
HRPM is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep the service available and your data accurate and secure, but are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use; our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees your firm paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment after the grace period, for a serious breach of these terms, or where required by law — with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using HRPM and let your subscription lapse at any time; your firm's data is retained per our Privacy notice's rules, not deleted on cancellation alone.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is first raised with our Grievance Officer (below); unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the platform's registered location.
